Greetings WoZ parents,
We have gotten a lot done already.  Lots of good work to build from.
Monday’s rehearsal (430-630) is only for Ruby cast members who are Munchkins (any kind), Glinda, Dorothy and the Witch
Tuesday’s rehearsal (430-630) is only for Emerald cast members who are Munchkins (any kind), Glinda, Dorothy and the Witch.

Actors will only be attending either Monday’s or Tuesday’s rehearsal and some parts aren’t called at all.  We will be starting the Munchkinland sequence and only want to work with one cast at a time.

Get to know your actor’s “Opposite”.  We talked a little at rehearsal that each cast member has an exact opposite in the other cast who has the same role and generally should have the same blocking.  These are built in “understudys” in case your actor is sick or has a conflict.  As we begin to work at some rehearsals with only one cast - if you know your actor will be unavailable for that rehearsal we ask that you reach out to your child’s opposite and see if they can fill in.  We realize they may not always be free to fill in, but when it works this really is a big help because then we have a complete cast to rehearse with.  I will start sending out emails to each actor’s parent and the parent of the “opposite” so that you’ll have contact info.    As always if you know your actor will unexpectedly not be at rehearsal please email or text me (jeanie_balch@comcast.net 720-320-6692) and try to reach out to the “opposite.”.
